Raised Garden Rows

Combining the best or raised garden beds and conventional gardening

For many home gardeners a raised row garden is the best option if you want to produce large amounts of food for fresh eating and preserving.  Raised rows allow you to provide a very fertile growing area allowing you to get more plants per row than with conventional gardening.  If you want to grow large amounts of sweet corn and melons this is generally your best option since they require a lot of space.

A raised row garden requires several steps, so it requires more money upfront to create, but once you have the basic rows built up it does not require a lot more money to maintain than other types of gardens.  In the process of building the raised rows we can take care of drainage issues, fertility problems, and incorporate weed control techniques that help you save time all year long and grow more food.
